Free shipping or low price shipping depends on the acceptable range of delivery times we have agreed with the suppliers, the logistics, and the territory of the supplier and the final consumer. We have decided to accept slower delivery times (in acceptable ranges) to save costs in favor of the quality and the lower price for the final customer.
Most products listed are manufactured with US/EU specifications.

All our suppliers have been selected by strict quality criteria and are constantly reviewed. If one supplier fails once to fulfill an order on time and according to our standards, this supplier and its products are delisted from our website.
Key criteria for cooperating with a supplier are the following:
- Verification of supplier’s company incorporation, trading offices, and premises.
- Verification of their payment methods, and their tax and customs compliance.
- Top-ranking customer reviews and excellent historical tracking records (feedbacks, disputes, etc.).
- US and EU manufacturing specifications.
- Internal policies and total quality control management for both products and services.
- Excellent customer support.
- Secure and verified ordering and payment systems.
- Transparent ordering, return, and refund policies.
- Transparent terms in their agreements.
- Verification of the quality of their suppliers, if any.
- Quality of packaging and shipping.
- On time deliveries.
- Cooperation with established international customers.
The majority of our suppliers are based in Asia and mainly in China who meet all of the above criteria and are continuously under review. All of them are top-ranked suppliers on Alibaba and Aliexpress platforms with a business presence of three to five years. We also use Oberlo to select the best suppliers with the best prices and the most efficient delivery options.
For example, when we are choosing AliExpress suppliers, we always aim for 97% and higher positive feedback rate and at least a 2,000 feedback score.
If a supplier fails once, we terminate our cooperation with him and delist all his products from our website.

Beyond the terms, the conditions, and the official refund and return policy, we state that our first priority is the satisfaction of our customers and their trust. Thus, if one of the following happens, then you are eligible for a full refund of your order without further questions:
a) You do not receive your order within 49 days. See Shipping & Delivery details and how to track your order. Note that factors such as weather, delayed logistics, and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.
b) The item is broken, damaged, used, in bad condition.
c) The item received in such poor quality that does not meet the specifications of the product description.
d) The item differs from the description on its product page on our website.
Important: We refund your order immediately (within 24 hours) after we receive an evidence of your item (e.g., image or video). Without an image or video, we do not refund.
